- Will my washing be processed with other people's?
- No, all orders are processed individually from start to finish
- Do you need to know if something is new and may run?
- No, all our staff are highly trained and very experienced. When we prepare your laundry, every item is individually examined to ensure that it is processed in the most appropriate way. However if you feel any item needs any special attention feel free to inform us when you order.
- Do you offer a service for hand-wash only garments?
- Yes, we will hand-wash only items at no additional cost.
- Do you offer washing with non-biological detergents?
- Certainly. For individuals who suffer from allergies or would for any other reason prefer non-biological cleaning we can offer this at no extra cost. Simply talk to our customer service adviser when you place your order.
Legal Issues
- Satisfaction
- If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our washing or ironing service please contact us within 24 hours and we will re-process the items free of charge.
- Standards and policies
- The TSA ( Textile Service Association ) sets policies and standards for all laundry cleaners. We follow these in dealing with lost and damaged items.
- Lost items
- In the unlikely event that we lose an item of laundry it should be reported within 24 hours. As per TSA guidelines, N & P Ironing Service liability with respect to any item shall not exceed 10 times the charge of cleaning that item.
- Damaged Items
- As per TSA guidelines N & P Ironing Service cannot assume responsibility for any inherent weakness or defects in materials which may result in tears or the development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing.
- In laundering we cannot guarantee against colour loss, colour bleeding, shrinkage or against damage to weak and tender fabric. As per the TSA guidelines.
- N&P Ironing Service Liability with respect to any damaged item shall not exceed ten (10) times the charge for cleaning that item.

We are a privately owned professional laundry with clean and modern premises. We can provide a quality towel collection and cleaning service anywhere in the North East.
We also offer a complete towel supply service, providing the following benefits: no up-front costs to purchase new towels, colours of your choice, all towels renewed every 12 months, dedicated towels for your salon.
In either case we offer a free, reliable daily collection and delivery service and 24 hour turn-round with 12 hour priority service if required.
